• Worker: in the "Travailleur" (Worker) section, and then on the "Offres reçues" (Offers received) page 
• Employer: in the "Recruter" (Recruit) section, and then on the "Missions" (Assignments) page

The average of ratings given is visible on a user's profile. As the platform is recent, many users do not have a rating yet.
